Exchange and Warranty Policies
Change Policies
This policy applies to any purchase made through our website. To make a successful exchange, the buyer must comply with the following conditions:
° Submit a request for exchange only for manufacturing defects.
° Do not exceed the maximum warranty period (15 days from the date of purchase of the
product).
° The product must be unused (in the condition received).
° It must not have any additional alterations that modify the originality of the product.
° Assume the cost of shipping generated by the exchange.
° No refunds will be given, except for quality defects.
Warranty Policies
The SAKAL Accessories warranty applies when:
°The product is damaged due to manufacturing defects. When requesting warranty service, images of the damage must be attached.
° Warranty validity: The product has a 1-month warranty for manufacturing faults or quality defects.
° Warranty resolution time: Maximum 20 days, depending on the damage caused.
° SAKAL assumes the cost of shipping for warranty claims.
The SAKAL warranty does NOT apply when:
° There is evidence of scratches, broken materials (hardware and scratches on leather) caused by misuse.
